  Disorganized but friendly.
  I visited here two consecutive days. The first day the manager came to my table saying that I forgot to pay her. I handed her my receipt and she realized I had her copy and she left mine in the printer.

  The second day I was with two co-workers. As soon as we approached the counter she told us to visit the website on our receipt and give a positive review of our experience. She brought food for the second guy and asked my ticket number. I said my receipt is in my pocket, I didn't look at it but I ordered steak fingers with mashed taters. She said, "That's right. Ok."
  
  Soon she came back and asked, "Seriously, what did you order?" I replied, "Seriously, steak fingers and mashed potatoes, but you have fries on the receipt."
  I followed her to the door of the kitchen and she was arguing with the cook because he made chicken fingers. I told her the chicken would be fine because we really didn't want to keep waiting; my co-workers were almost done eating. She insisted I was getting what I ordered. I received steak fingers and fries.
  
  Outside the error in orders, she was very friendly.
  
  Update: 1/30/17
  Stopped in again. Decided "I'll just get tacos. They can't mess that up." I was mistaken. No crowd, no rush and over thirty minutes later I can't get three tacos. Last chance, failed.

  Things are really improving. The food is good and the time it takes to get your food is much better.
